At this point in time, we take our orders over the phone to insure we get you the right parts for your machine type! Just give us a call at 513-829-7768 and we can take your order.
2. What are your hours?
We are open 9-5 M-T and 9-4 on Fridays.
3. Do your products fit on my machine?

4. What do I need to get started with your cap frame system?
Our Gen2 is the most innovative cap frame on the market! Part of what makes it so innovative is the patented T-bar framing gage that helps with the ease of frame up, and helps lay down the fabric flatter for better registration. To get started with our framing system you will need a Gen2 frame and a T-bar framing gage.
5. What are the requrements to become a distributor?
We would love the opportunity to work with you as a distributor! We are always looking to grow and share our products with as many people as possible. 8. Can I use your images to share? If so where do I get them?
We have many high resolution images for you to use for marketing! Simply contact [email protected] requesting images and we will send you a link.

11. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for any reason except manufacturer defect. If you have ordered something and it has a manufacturer defect, you will need to contact us for a return authorization and the product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
