ICTCS stands for: InterChangeable Tubular Clamping System.
Both the ICTCS 1 & 2 attach directly to the machines existing hoop arms. (Tubular mount) They use a spring-loaded clamping chassis to hold interchangeable upper and lower clamping windows. These windows hold the fabric and backing in place during sewing.
The ICTCS 1 & 2 each offer a variety of window sizes, but the windows are exclusive to their respective system – windows for the ICTCS 1 will not fit the ICTCS 2, and vice versa.
ICTCS 1 Clamping System
The ICTCS 1 Clamping System is built to make embroidery faster and easier without overcomplicating the process. A single lever opens, closes, and locks the clamp, and it automatically adjusts to different fabric thicknesses for a secure hold every time. It includes six interchangeable window sizes, making it easy to handle a wide range of embroidery applications. Made from all-metal, powder-coated aluminum and stainless steel, the ICTCS 1 is durable and built to last. It mounts directly to the machine’s existing hoop arms for quick install and removal, clamps without causing hoop burn, and cuts down on setup time.
The ICTCS-2 is the larger version of the ICTCS-1.
Same easy loading onto your machine, same quick window changes, just larger sewing fields. The ICTCS-2 window sizes work well with sports bags, totes, computer bags, portfolios, blankets, left chest on jackets, backpacks, canvas bags, etc. The 5.5” round is designed to do the back of caps as well. The larger window sizes of the ICTCS-2 fit into larger pockets and give you bigger sewing fields.
